Rick Coeur specializes in landlord representation and office tenant improvement projects in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Rick has been performing construction and project management services in the San Francisco Bay area since 1996. He worked as an owner’s representative in wireless site development for eight years representing national telecommunications companies in both California and Hawaii before shifting into commercial interiors and construction oversight services.
Rick later worked as a project manager for several San Francisco general contracting firms before representing landlords and tenants in the commercial construction market. His commercial interior construction experience includes restaurants, high-rise commercial interiors, technology-driven build-outs as well as LEED projects. Rick’s general contracting experience enables him to offer his services very effectively throughout the Bay Area by offering clients the benefit of his direct relationships with local architects, contractors, and vendors.
His project management skills, talents and capabilities have been exemplified by his direct involvement and successful completion of a number of significantly high-profile assignments located throughout the Bay Area, on behalf of some of today’s most prominent, cutting-edge and innovative companies.
